		<description><![CDATA[Same experence....tried to book a 31/2 star property....system changed to a 3 star.....and I won a bid to a Residence Inn Property in Eastern Mass. When I called the hotel to confirm the resiveration and a room with a king bed...i was told we are only a Queen Bed property and since it was a Priceline booking they could do nothing for me like move me to another hotel with king beds. Called Priceline got the contract &quot;BS&quot; and that I had approved a 3star not 31/2 star bid which was news to me....also told me that supervisors do not accept calls and the help desk service center was in Mexico!!! Well there are rules and there are rules....my new one is NO MORE PRICELINE in my travel planning. Plan to dispute charge through American Express as well.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Priceline is the biggest rippoff in the world.  I booked 5 nights at a hotel and when I got there it was a flea bag.  We had to stay it was so late.  The next day we left early and came back to collect our things to leave and they would not give us our money back.  Then I booked another hotel where we felt safer.  
Priceline would not refund for the 4 nights that we did not stay there.  I have to agree that they do business with flea bag hotels that are just as nasty as their customer service is.  Its awful and I will never, EVER use them again.&#039;

I used them to reserve a hotel room for the next day, then and only then did I notice a link from the priceline payment web site to three customer comments on the hotel...they were highly alarming, and I cancelled the reservation within 20 minutes...only to be told by the script-rattling robot at the other end that I had to pay for one night&#039;s stay anyway. He added insult to injury by insisting (script again) that Priceline vets their hotels carefully, far above industry standards, and that it was bound to be a fine hotel...but in any case if I wanted the 50 bucks back I needed to call the hotel. I did, and the Indian guy on the other end told me I was full of shit, how could I know about his hotels if I hadn&#039;t seen the rooms? I advised him to check out what others were saying about his hotel online. In any case, he could not refund me anything...he had costs, you know. Told me to call Priceline back, but lo and behold, their phone line is set up such that if you are calling about a reservation you have already canceled, there is no way to get through to a live human being! So I sent them a red-hot e-mail and got a canned response back that since I had initialed the agreement, too bad. I am appealing to my bank based upon the fact that they only got my first and middle initial, but I doubt that&#039;ll help. DO NOT USE PRICELINE UNLESS YOU LIKE IMPENETRABLE PHONE MENUS, ROACH-RIDDEN HOTELS, CONDESCENDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GENERAL RIP-OFFS!]]></description>
